Chef Browning prepares a traditional Italian BBQ for the ages, Sunday, August 31st, 3PM-7PM, Labor Day Weekend, featuring proscuitto with figs, grilled octopus w/ pesto, panzanella bread salad, house cured bresaola, stuffed grilled calamari, spiedini alla marinara, grilled sardines, scallops & shrimp, and lamb skewers with marinated artichokes.

Chef's New Menu

Summer is a great time at Flatbush Farm: our 1500 sq ft. outdoor patio, pear martinis, and Chef Stephen Browning’s new summer menu. Wonderful seasonal appetizers include a wax bean salad with wild sorrel and a feta and watermelon salad. Dinner entrees feature a rabbit pappardelle with sun-dried tomato and the chef’s signature ricotta gnocchi with maitake mushrooms and swiss chard.

FLATBUSH FARM LUNCH

MONDAY-FRIDAY 11:30-3PM

Chef Browning now serves lunch 11:30 to 3PM, Monday thru Friday, including a fried green tomato sandwich, a stew of Ojo de Cabra beans with scrambled eggs and tortillas, buttermilk fried chicken, and a B.L.T. served with Applewood bacon or house-smoked tempeh. Lunch at the Farm has launched!

Lunch & BBQ Menu

Chef Stephen Browning will serve lunch 11:30-3PM Friday, July 4th and a BBQ grill out on the patio at 3PM with shish kebabs, hot dogs, sausage and peppers, watermelon, and deviled eggs, with chips and potato salad. A limited dinner menu in the restaurant will feature black bean burgers, pulled pork, fried green tomato sandwiches, hamburgers, and fried chicken, all served with corn on cob and potato salad. All ingredients are sourced free range, organic, and grass fed.

MERMAID DAY PARADE BBQ

The next installment of Flatbush Farm\'s monthly BBQs will be held Saturday, June 21st, Mermaid Parade Day (last year\'s most raucous patio party!), 4PM to 7PM, featuring hot dogs, lobster rolls, vegetable shishkebabs, gazpacho, grilled shrimp skewers, baby octopus, calamari, and seaweed salad!

Memorial Day Weekend BBQ

Join us Memorial Day weekend for Chef Stephen Browning’s BBQ Grill featuring shrimp pineapple skewers, grilled barn burgers, pulled pork sandwiches, cole slaw, grilled hot dogs, chips, and potato salad. Our 1500 sq ft outdoor patio is in full swing and an excellent place to spend a warm spring afternoon!

Mexican BBQ w/ Musica

With Cinco De Mayo around the corner Flatbush Farm rolls out a Mexican BBQ with a Traveling Mariachi Band. On Sunday afternoon, May 4th, 3PM - 6PM, Chef Stephen Browning grills up carne asada skewers, posole (hominy stew), chicken tacos & beef tongue tacos, and hutlacoche tamales. The outdoor patio will be graced by a wonderful Mariachi band, Los Cocinaros.

On Sunday afternoon, Chef Stephen Browning continues the wonderful
Farm winter weekend BBQs, this go-around featuring grilled venison sausage with
braised red cabbage, grilled bluepoint oysters, sumptuous vegetarian chili,
veal and marjoram sausage with saurkraut, grilled lamb skewers, along with
hot toddys and as always, Sixpoint Craft Ales.

Satur Farms - herbs, lettuces and other seasonal produce from the North Fork of Long Island, NY.

Fleischers Meats - grass fed organic meats from Kingston, New York.

Vermont Fancy Meats - cheeses, lamb, veal, & rabbits from Andover, Vermont.

Guy Jones - herbs, lettuces, fruit and tomatoes from Blooming Hill Farms in Mountainville, New York.

Nester Tello - vegetarian diet organic eggs from Red Hook, New York.
