The chef rolls out spring entrees of Bullet Fish and razor clams with zucchini, squash, and smoked tomato vinaigrette, a Spring Lamb dish w/ lamb T-bone steak, braised leg of lamb, mint yogurt, and chickpea salad, Ricotta Gnocchi with marinated artichokes, zucchini, tomato confit, and kalamata olives, and Heirloom Beans with charred greens, freekeh, poached egg, harissa, and country bread.
